I am a FLOSS advocate. I am responsible for consolidating the PHP language. From 2001 to 2005, I led the implementation of the Free Software Project in the Rio de Janeiro Brazilian State Government. I spread Linux and Open Source among schools, companies, and all sectors. In 2010, I introduced the Agile Mindset and Methodologies to more than 350 engineers in PRODERJ (Data Processing Agency of the State of Rio de Janeiro).
